Occasionally when using the voice call out of letter & number there would be no voice or only the number would be voiced. If this would work, the problem of the hard to understand British voice issue would go away. Tried some of the other countries same problem. Could select the country (USA), but could not activate the voice. This problem ties in with trying to activate the USA English text to speak option. One is the voice has a distinctive British accent that some in the US have a hard time understanding. But I could find no way to contact them, so I hope they check the reviews. Normally when I have any thing to say negative about a app, I like to send a message to the developers first.
